Our client is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager that will ensure the upkeep and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Oversee Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Manage maintenance budgets and vendor contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Handle emergency repairs and maintenance requests.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in hotel maintenance.
Technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Familiarity with homemaintenance, kitchen equipment upkeep, and laundry system servicing.
Ability to maintain backup power systems (generators, UPS) and fire suppression systems.
