Job Overview

• Our client is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager that will ensure the upkeep and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and daily operations.


• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.


• Oversee Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.


• Manage maintenance budgets and vendor contracts.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.


• Handle emergency repairs and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.


• 5+ years of experience in hotel maintenance.


• Technical expertise in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.


• Familiarity with homemaintenance, kitchen equipment upkeep, and laundry system servicing.


• Ability to maintain backup power systems (generators, UPS) and fire suppression systems.
