Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for dispatch of goods within the warehouse. The role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with safety regulations, and timely delivery of materials to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee proper storage of goods to ensure accuracy and quality.


• Maintain an organized warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and accessibility.


• Ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods, coordinating with relevant departments for smooth operations.


• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.


• Implement and enforce warehouse safety and security protocols to minimize risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.


• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
