- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our loan products and services.
- Engage with leads through friendly and informative conversations, answering queries and providing insights about our offerings.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, turning prospects into satisfied customers!
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our system.
- Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify new sales opportunities.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in telesales or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with an enthusiastic and persuasive telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle rejections and turn them into positive learning experiences.
- A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their financial goals!
