Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Sales:
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of natural supplements and reproductive health products.
- Demonstrate product usage and explain how they help with fibroids, infertility and other reproductive health challenges.
- Handle customer enquiries.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential customers in strategic locations.
- Collect and manage customer information for follow-ups.
- Build relationships with local communities and women health groups.
Brand Promotion and Awareness:
- Represent the brand professionally and positively.
- Distribute flyers, samples and marketing materials.
- Attend events, health fairs and networking opportunities.
- Conduct live demonstrations and mini seminars about reproductive health.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Gather customer feedback on products and services.
- Report sales performances and customer feedback and preferences.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest improvements.
Collaborations and Training:
- Work closely with the sales and social media marketing teams.
- Participate in training on new products and selling techniques.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND or Master's Degree qualification.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
