Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition process end-to- end
- Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a stable, high-performing workforce.Manage the affairs of the company.
- Collaborate with other departments and units to ensure alignment and support for company-wide initiatives, goals, and ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all locations and business units.
- Provide regular updates to MD/CEO on initiatives, metrics, and progress towards HR goals, and participate in key decision-making processes related to company strategy and direction.
- Support to drive the implementation of performance management system
- Represent the company in external forums related to HR and administration, such as industry associations and conferences, and maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices in the field.
- Drive the conduct of benchmark surveys to identify new compensation policies and government regulations.
Specification & Requirements
- Should have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-CP or PHR will be of advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in human resources management in the real estate sector or related industries.
- Highly proficient in data analysis for decision making
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
