Job Summary




  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Assistant with experience in computer hardware repair to join our Technical Support Department. 

  • The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to our clients and internal teams, troubleshoot hardware issues, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems. 

  • This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technology.



Key Responsibilities




  • Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, or in person.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related problems promptly.

  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems.

  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.

  • Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software.

  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and resolve recurring issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT and data security.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Proven experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance.

  • Bachelor's Degree / OND with 1 - 2 years experience

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware components, and peripherals.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

  • Familiarity with operating systems and software applications.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
