Job Summary




  • Our clients is seeking a skilled and driven Technical Sales Person to join their sales team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in technical sales and the ability to understand customer requirements, provide technical solutions, and contribute to sales growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Research and target potential customers, industries, and markets for our technical products and services.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their technical needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

  • Implement and refine strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

  • Provide technical consultation and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with customer needs and company objectives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
