Your Responsibilities

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

• Support Project Managers to coordinate internal and external resources for the seamless planning and execution of projects. This includes clarifying and consulting with customers on targets and requirements to provide technical solutions.


• Support to monitor milestones and adherence to budgets and schedules, initiating actions to minimize non-conformance costs and creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.


• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits.


• Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Provide regular project updates and reports.


• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained. Prepare and submit required project reports and documentation to relevant authorities


• Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines.

Your Profile

• 1 - 2 years Project Management experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Must be goal oriented, comfortable working in diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks.
