Job Description




  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships with key retailers while providing support with the development of Top retailers, including their Convenience business.

  • Extend the depth and breadth of distribution for our branded portfolio of both Impulse and Share product ranges with new and existing customers.

  • Although not a key priority, opportunities exist to partner with selected retailers to develop their own brands utilising our capabilities.

  • Devise exceptional joint business plans with key customers which deliver incremental revenue and profit growth.

  • Build promotional programs which maximise return on investment and deliver against business objectives, while ensuring investment is relative to scale or strategic importance.

  • Stay engaged with internal and external trade and market developments, suggesting new ways to drive revenue growth.



Qualifications and Requirements



Education / Certifications:




  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • MSc/MA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.



Job specific requirements:



The Successful Applicant should have




  • at least 10 years customer management experience working with the key grocery retailers

  • A huge passion for selling, whilst being comfortable presenting, negotiating, and influencing at all levels

  • At least 5+ year at sales and product distribution and channel management, previous experience in sales or trade marketing/activations is a plus

  • Proven track record of success in management of trade partners and distribution network and executing sales campaigns

  • Significant experience in the consumer goods sector, particularly in food products, is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in sales and marketing software and digital marketing platforms.

  • Advanced skills in data analysis and market research.

  • Exceptional communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
