Responsibilities
Copywriting:
- Create persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, product descriptions, advertisements, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Write clear and concise messaging that reflects the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform.
Content Strategy:
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Conduct audience research to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional tone.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and report on the performance of copy and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and engagement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers and video content creators, to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors / Masters Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification
- Proven experience as a copywriter and social media specialist.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh, innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in copywriting and social media management.
