Role Overview

• We are looking for passionate, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Contract Marketers to join our team in Ibadan.


• As a Contract Marketer, you will actively promote and sell our products while building strong relationships with customers.


• This role offers a combination of a basic salary and attractive commission on sales, ideal for individuals who enjoy the thrill of sales and the rewards of hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Sales and Promotion:

• Actively market and sell our products to customers within Ibadan and its environs.


• Leverage personal networks, field marketing, and digital platforms to generate leads.

Customer Engagement:

• Educate potential customers about the product benefits and usage.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and provide regular updates to the management team.


• Analyze and report on customer preferences and market trends.

Target Achievement:

• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.


• 3+ years proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.


• Familiarity with Ibadan’s market and customer base is an advantage.
