  • We are seeking a smart, confident, and articulate Female Receptionist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a warm and professional environment in our business and tech school.

  • The role is 100% onsite, and we are looking for someone who is well-presented, organized, and very outspoken.



Responsibilities




  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide information about our services and courses.

  • Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails and letters, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to reflect the company's professional image.

  • Manage appointment schedules and meetings for staff and clients.

  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed (e.g., filing, typing documents).

  • Assist in the onboarding process by welcoming new students and staff and guiding them through the first steps.

  • Communicate with prospective students, explaining courses and enrollment processes, and assist with inquiries.

  • Coordinate and manage booking schedules for events, courses, and meetings within the company.

  • Maintain office security by controlling access and ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.



Requirements




  • Smart dressing is mandatory: Must have a strong sense of fashion and a professional appearance.

  • Must live in Ibadan (JoyceB, Ring Road, Oke Ado, Liberty Road, Mobil Axis)

  • Excellent communication skills: Must be very outspoken, articulate, and confident when speaking with clients and students.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent: An educational background in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.

  • Must have at least 2 years experience.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is highly preferred.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: Able to engage with clients, students, and staff in a friendly and approachable manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.

  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in managing appointments and directing inquiries.

  • Customer service orientation: Passion for ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients.

  • Professional attitude and appearance: Able to represent the company’s image and culture.

  • Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication.



Salary & Benefits




  • Salary: N50,000 - N100,000 / Month.
