Role Overview




  • As the Creative and Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across all ILEOJA business units.

  • Your primary focus will be to drive engagement, increase visibility, and generate revenue by combining creativity with strategic planning.

  • You will also oversee brand storytelling, digital campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives to achieve the company’s growth objectives.



Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:




  • Develop and execute impactful creative concepts for all marketing campaigns, aligning with ILEOJA’s brand identity.

  • Oversee the design, content, and branding across all marketing materials, social media platforms, and advertising channels.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to inspire innovative ideas and solutions.



Marketing Strategy:




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve:

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas of opportunity.



Team Collaboration:




  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, designers, and content creators to achieve departmental goals.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create aligned strategies for lead generation and conversion.



Brand Management:




  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through compelling storytelling and strategic campaigns.



Analytics & Reporting:




  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on KPIs, including impressions, conversions, and revenue impact.

  • Use data insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.



Requirements

Education:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 2 year in a leadership role within marketing or advertising.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.



Skills:




  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing).

  • Exceptional creativity combined with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
