Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive property acquisitions.
- Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Lead compelling property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to maximize lead generation and brand positioning.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and investment opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven success in sales, preferably in real estate or a high-value industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
