We are recruiting for the position of a Spa Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of activities, ensuring both staff and guests have a positive experience. The major job functions include:

Operational Management:




  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, including managing staff, ensuring smooth guest experiences, and maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Scheduling appointments and managing bookings, ensuring the spa is running efficiently.



Staff Management:




  • Hiring, training, and supervising spa staff such as therapists, receptionists, and other wellness professionals.

  • Providing continuous training and performance evaluations to ensure staff meet the spa's standards of service.

  • Handling staff schedules and resolving any workplace issues.



Guest Experience and Customer Service:




  • Ensuring guests receive exceptional service, from the moment they book their appointment to their experience at the spa.

  • Handling guest feedback, addressing complaints, and making sure each guest has a memorable, relaxing experience.

  • Developing and promoting customer loyalty programs.



Financial Management:




  • Managing the spa’s budgets and expenses and ensuring profitability.

  • Developing pricing strategies for services, packages, and products.



Marketing and Promotion:




  • Creating marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and special promotions.



Facility Maintenance:




  • Ensuring the spa environment is clean, serene, and properly maintained.

  • Managing the upkeep of equipment and spa facilities, such as saunas, hot tubs, and massage tables etc.



Compliance and Health & Safety:




  • Ensuring the spa complies with local regulations, including health and safety standards, sanitation protocols, and licensing requirements.

  • Keeping up to date with industry standards and best practices for wellness, hygiene, and customer care.



Wellness Program Development:




  • Developing wellness programs and retreats that align with the spa’s goals and attract clients interested in holistic health.

  • Working with health professionals, yoga instructors, or nutritionists to offer comprehensive wellness packages.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
