Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with Corel Certification and a strong background in site management. 


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.


• The role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards.


• Utilize Corel-based tools and software for project planning, visualization, and reporting.


• Coordinate and manage all site activities, including workforce supervision and contractor liaison.


• Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.


• Ensure that all project phases adhere to safety regulations and quality control measures.


• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-ground challenges efficiently.


• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.


• Prepare progress reports and maintain detailed project documentation.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Corel Certification (CorelDRAW, CorelCAD, or other relevant Corel tools).


• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in site-based project management.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.


• Proficiency in project management software and site supervision tools.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.


• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in design and technical drawings using Corel software.


• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools is an advantage.


• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is a plus.
