We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Modern Trade Executive to drive sales growth, build strategic relationships with key modern trade partners, and ensure optimal brand visibility.
This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the modern trade landscape and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and market share within the modern trade channel.
Identify and onboard new modern trade partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
Collaborate with key accounts to plan promotions, product displays, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with modern trade partners to achieve win-win outcomes.
Ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and efficient merchandising in all outlets.
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to align strategies and meet customer expectations.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, competitor activities, and market insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in modern trade sales, corporate sales, or key account management.
Strong knowledge of the modern trade sector and retail operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
