Job Purpose

• We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Procurement Officer to join our team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring goods, services, and works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best value for the company


• Prepare and manage tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.


• Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.


• Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.


• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


• Analyze procurement data, provide insights, and prepare reports to support business decisions.

Job Requirements & Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management within the Oil and Gas sector.


• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Experience in ERP systems.


• Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing procurement.
