Job Summary

• The Furniture Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process of furniture manufacturing, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.


• Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve production processes, implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.


• Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.


• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.


• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of raw materials, components, and finished goods.


• Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, ensuring budget targets are met and variances are minimized.


• Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.


• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, comply with relevant regulations, and implement safety protocols.
