Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to target the UK (Primary) and USA, and Dubai secondary markets.
- Identify and prioritize key customer segments and industries for virtual PA services.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to identify and engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Outreach and Communication:
- Craft compelling email campaigns and outreach messages to engage prospects.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Sales Performance:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including conversion rates and revenue growth.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the virtual PA industry.
- Adapt sales strategies based on market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on client needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Qualification an Experience:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Experience targeting international markets (UK, USA, Dubai) is a plus.
- Language and Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Digital Proficiency:
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for lead generation and engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to optimize strategies.
Self-Motivation and Discipline:
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Cultural Awareness: (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Understanding of cultural nuances in the UK, USA, and Dubai markets.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the virtual assistant or outsourcing industry.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach.io).
- Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
