Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:




  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target the UK (Primary) and USA, and Dubai secondary markets.

  • Identify and prioritize key customer segments and industries for virtual PA services.



Lead Generation and Prospecting:




  • Use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to identify and engage potential clients.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.



Client Outreach and Communication:




  • Craft compelling email campaigns and outreach messages to engage prospects.

  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture relationships with potential clients.



Sales Performance:




  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, including conversion rates and revenue growth.



Market Research:




  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the virtual PA industry.

  • Adapt sales strategies based on market insights.



Team Collaboration:




  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

  • Provide feedback to improve service offerings based on client needs.



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.



Requirements

Qualification an Experience:




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.

  • Experience targeting international markets (UK, USA, Dubai) is a plus.

  • Language and Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional written and spoken English.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.



Digital Proficiency:




  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for lead generation and engagement.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.



Analytical Skills:




  • Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to optimize strategies.



Self-Motivation and Discipline:




  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.



Cultural Awareness: (VERY IMPORTANT)




  • Understanding of cultural nuances in the UK, USA, and Dubai markets.



Nice-to-Have Skills:




  • Experience in the virtual assistant or outsourcing industry.

  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach.io).

  • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
