Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in handling office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure items are stocked as needed.

  • Help in receiving and directing visitors, calls, and correspondence.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.

  • Assist staff in running errands such as mail delivery and document submission.

  • Support other administrative duties as assigned by management.



Job Requirements




  • Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification 

  • 2+ years previous previous experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.

  • Must be punctual, hardworking, and attentive to details.
