Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. 

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing high-level administrative support. 

  • This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO’s workflow is efficient.

  • Conduct research and compile relevant information for meetings and projects.

  • Oversee office management duties to ensure a smooth work environment.

  • Maintain records and files in an organized and accessible manner.



Key Qualifications and Skills




  • HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the CEO effectively.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in the skincare, wellness, or beauty industry.

  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.

  • Work Environment:

  • Hybrid or office-based work setting, depending on business needs.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
