Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and skilled in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the brand’s reach particularly in the corporate sector.
- Research and identify potential clients within the target market.
- Support the development of sales strategies to drive revenue.
- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed business targets.
- Track and report sales activities and client interactions.
- Reach out to prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, in organizations for the purpose of increasing the brand’s reach and network.
- Advise clients on the best gadget specs for their use.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting client’s products and services.
- Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales, forecasts, on business development activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in Business Development, Sales.
- Experience in corporate sales, marketing in a retail technology company is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to engage in outreach (cold calling, networking, and follow-ups).
