Role Overview:



The Corporate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and skilled in building strong client relationships.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the brand’s reach particularly in the corporate sector.

  • Research and identify potential clients within the target market.

  • Support the development of sales strategies to drive revenue.

  • Work closely with the team to meet and exceed business targets.

  • Track and report sales activities and client interactions.

  • Reach out to prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and convert leads into clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, in organizations for the purpose of increasing the brand’s reach and network.

  • Advise clients on the best gadget specs for their use.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting client’s products and services.

  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales, forecasts, on business development activities.

  • Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years in Business Development, Sales.

  • Experience in corporate sales, marketing in a retail technology company is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Willingness to engage in outreach (cold calling, networking, and follow-ups).
