Job Description
Role Overview:
A water production factory is looking to employ a Marketer to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships with distributors, and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new distributors.
- Develop a clear onboarding process for distributors and capture relevant kyc information.
- Meet set targets of onboarding distributors weekly while ensuring each person carries atleast 500 bags of water weekly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
- Promote and increase sales of packaged water products.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies that will increase leads and drive revenue.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the Business Manager.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/NCE in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with local markets and distribution channels.
- Proximity to Akpajo or environs is required

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
