The Candidate

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Design Engineer within a construction company.


• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and MBA will be an added advantage


• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.


• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools.


• An innovative mindset with a commitment to sustainable design practices.
