The General Manager, Real Estate Development will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of real estate development and execution of real estate projects from concept through to completion.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.


• Must have master’s in business administration and minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development across Nigeria, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.


• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including project management, budgeting, and finance.


• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from inception to completion.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
