The Role

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled KS1 teacher to join our team to deliver high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons for children in Key Stage 1.


• You will be responsible for creating an inspiring classroom environment that encourages young learners to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.


• The successful candidate will need to be flexible, innovative, and dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.


• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom atmosphere.


• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child’s development.


• Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals to support students' learning and well-being.


• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.


• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all students in your care.


• Promote a love of learning through engaging and hands-on activities.

Key Requirements

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).


• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential.


• A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and how to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.


• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• A positive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.


• Commitment to the personal and social development of children.


• A passion for early years education and fostering a love of learning.
