Key responsibilities
Learning & Development:
- Design and execute training and development programs to address skill gaps and foster professional growth.
- Continuous skill-building- assessment & program designing.
- Develop leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Assess training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Employee Development:
- Create and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Identify leadership potential and implement succession planning strategies.
- Coordinate mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Design, implement, and manage performance management systems.
- Provide tools and resources to support managers and employees in achieving performance goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Reward and Recognition Programs:
- Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance performance.
- Benchmark industry trends to ensure competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive systems.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to evaluate and update recognition initiatives to ensure they align with business values and employee expectations.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Promote DEI initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
- Partner with leadership to ensure DEI principles are integrated into talent strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor key talent metrics such as turnover, engagement, and workforce demographics.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement talent management improvements.
General Requirements and Attributes:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a similar HR role.:
- Strong knowledge of talent development and employee engagement practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Soft Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with performance management systems and tools

Location:
This role is based in Abuja, Nigeria with travels across Husk Mingrid Sites
Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
