We are looking for a responsible Quality Control Manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant. You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life and communication.
Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant.
Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
Handling of reports
Responsibilities
Monitoring food handling, storage,and preparation to prevent contamination.
Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers.
Monitor raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also control.
Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
Performance monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc / HND in Hhospitality Management with 3-5 years work experience.
Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures.
