Job Responsibilities

• Daily collation of COD report from all the assigned centeres.


• Daily comparison of COD with Internally developed Software.


• Daily confirmation of COD cash lodgement to the Company's Bank Account.


• Daily POS, CASH and Bank Transfer reconciliation.


• Daily Reporting to COD Account Manager.


• Relating to Account Department at Head Office.


• Prompt escalation of un-remitted COD to COD Account Manager.


• Resolving Accounting-related Issues with Company Franchisee.


• Reconciling Franchisee Account with Internally developed Software.


• Monitoring of Franchisee Payment and reporting to the line manager.


• Circularising Franchisee on a weekly basis to know their financial position.


• Relating with Franchisee and reporting their challenges to the line manager.

Skills and Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.


• Must possess good communication skills.


• Must be able to multi-task.


• Must be attentive to details.


• Having a professional qualification is an added advantage.


• Must be a team player.
