Responsibilities

• Contribute to the organisation and execution of in-person events, enhancing the companies’ brands presence and engagement


• Utilise a variety of marketing tools to analyse and improve campaign effectiveness including, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google analytics and HubSpot.


• assisting with the design of promotional and presentation assets for digital and print use;


• publishing pre-approved content onto the firm's websites, social media channels and online directories;


• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.


• Create and schedule social media posts, and email campaigns


• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, and presentations


• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.


• Maintain and update the company’s CRM and email marketing lists.

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related field.

Skills and Qualities:

• Must have an interest in digital marketing, data, and analytics


• Competent user of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point)


• Excellentwritten and oral communication skills


• Great analytical skills with good attention to detail


• A fast learner with a ‘can do’ attitude


• Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a strong work ethic


• Team player who can work well within a team as well as on your own initiative


• Be immediately available within one week notice.
