Job Summary




  • The Eunisell Graduate Trainee Program is a Two-Year development framework that enables fresh graduates become independent professionals within the Eunisell team. 

  • At the end of the traineeship, it is envisaged that the trainee would have gained sufficient experience in the necessary job functions and be able to replicate same.



Essential Job Functions




  • Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate, commercial, and labour laws, as well as regulatory requirements.

  • Support legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, industry regulations, and employment laws.

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts, agreements, and employment-related legal documents.

  • Identify potential legal risks, including those related to employee relations, and suggest necessary modifications under supervision.

  • Maintain an organized database of legal and compliance documents and ensure timely renewals.

  • Support the management of company litigation matters, including employment disputes and regulatory proceedings.

  • Assist in preparing corporate filings, company secretarial duties, and compliance reports.

  • Participate in regulatory compliance activities, including engagement with labour authorities and government agencies.

  • Provide legal support on workplace policies, employee rights, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Assist in conducting legal awareness training sessions for employees on compliance, workplace ethics, and regulatory matters.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) and Call to Bar (B.L) is required.

  • 0 - 2 years experience in a law practice or corporate environment.



Training/Skills Required:




  • Basic ICT Skills- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.

  • Strong legal research, contract drafting, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
