Job Description



  • The job is to support Sales & Distribution team in activities to increase subscriber base for SmartCash PSB Services in the assigned region with the aim of increasing revenue and Wallet users, count, Work closely with the S&D team and alert them of any potential business opportunities for additional sales within key clients.

  • Coordinating all Agent management activities within the territory (recruitment, replacement, training, on-boarding, monitoring, trade asset, trade collateral, branding)

  • Drive compliance to regulation and Agent agreement

  • Drive and track Agent activity and performance

  • First point of call for issue resolution

  • Coordinating Agent engagement across area of coverage (Quarterly agent forum/meetings)

  • Coordinating market activations / market storms across the different communities within area of coverage to drive public awareness of the channel

  • Driving knowledge sharing sessions across branches

  • Conducting market research on unique/ bespoke products required to drive adoption of the Agent Channel

  • Other tasks as assigned.


Requirements

The ideal candidates are required to possess the following:



  • NCE / OND with 0 - 1 year work experience in sales, customer services or related field.

Remuneration



  • Fixed pay - NGN 30,000 monthly net + N35, 000 monthly variable, in addition; Pension, NHS and HMO.
