Job Summary

• The Regional Security Operations Manager will oversee security operations within Lagos and Oyo, ensuring the protection of assets, personnel, and business continuity. The role involves operational leadership, risk assessment, and compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement security strategies across regional sites.


• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.


• Supervise and train security personnel within the assigned region.


• Coordinate security operations with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.


• Investigate security incidents and implement preventive measures.


• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.


• Strong knowledge of security protocols and regional security challenges.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.


• Ability to travel between Lagos and Oyo as needed.
