The General Manager, Security Operations, will lead and oversee all security functions within the organization, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites.
Manage security risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response plans.
Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
Supervise and mentor security teams, ensuring high-performance standards.
Manage security budgets and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record in strategic security planning and risk management.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience liaising with government security agencies and industry regulators.
