Summary




  • The General Manager, Security Operations, will lead and oversee all security functions within the organization, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. 

  • This role requires a high level of expertise in security management, operational oversight, and team leadership to safeguard assets, personnel, and business operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites.

  • Manage security risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Lead crisis management efforts and coordinate emergency response plans.

  • Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.

  • Supervise and mentor security teams, ensuring high-performance standards.

  • Manage security budgets and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

  • Proven track record in strategic security planning and risk management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience liaising with government security agencies and industry regulators.
