Job Description

Our Ideal Candidate will

• Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers, differentiates our products by their unique selling points and effectively distinguish our products and brand from that of competitors.


• Drive the market growth, lead brand and product launches.


• Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.


• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies & plans


• Drive the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments (customer experience, tech, sales)


• Brief the press and PR teams about new products.


• Obtain insight into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.


• Review inventory levels and ensure product availability.


• Use competitive analysis and market research data to establish product pricing, USPS, needs and new opportunities


• Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences.


• Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content such as case studies, blog posts, website and ad copies for a variety of platforms


• Be a go-to product expert with regards to industry trends and other industry players by thought leadership initiatives designed to capture the mindshare of our target market.


• Drive growth and craft region-specific high-value sales tools, training, and collateral


• Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness and demand.


• Build and manage online and offline communities.


• Be great with Google Analytics, Adwords, Keyword Planner & Screaming Frog.
