Job Summary




  • The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to strengthen the company’s competitive position within the Oil & Gas sector.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to attract new business.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business development efforts.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business performance reports.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
