Job Description

• The Patrol Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing security patrols, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and properties.


• The role requires vigilance, coordination, and a proactive approach to security management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security patrol teams and ensure adherence to security protocols.


• Conduct routine patrols and spot checks to maintain security standards.


• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with relevant authorities.


• Train and mentor security personnel on patrol techniques and emergency response.


• Maintain accurate records of patrol activities and incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within security operations.


• Strong knowledge of security procedures and incident management.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Physical fitness and the ability to work flexible hours.
