Key Respinsibilities




  • Oversee and manage soft services, including housekeeping, janitorial services, landscaping, and waste management.

  • Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction across all facilities.

  • Develop and implement quality control measures for all soft service operations.

  • Train, motivate, and supervise service teams to maintain a culture of excellence.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

  • Monitor budgets and optimize resources for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.



Requirements




  • B.Sc qualification

  • Proven experience in hospitality (hotel, resort, or premium service industry).

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Ability to implement best practices in soft services operations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in Facility Management is an added advantage.
