Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HORECA Sales Manager to join our team in Abuja.


• The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in selling to major hotels, restaurants, and caterers within the Abuja market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals in the Horeca sector.


• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes industry.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.


• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.


• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Key Requirements
