Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's store. 


• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising store staff, and ensuring that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock


• Supervise and train store staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively


• Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including receiving and storing deliveries


• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations


• Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs


• Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency and productivity


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a store supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment - Proven track record of successfully managing inventory and supervising staff


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively


• Basic math skills and accuracy with inventory management.
