Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across social media, paid ads, content marketing, and SEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads through data-driven marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Create engaging, visually appealing content (graphics, videos, and copy) to boost audience engagement.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and audience interaction.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
- Monitor trends and leverage viral marketing opportunities to maximize reach.
Digital Marketing & Paid Ads:
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad campaigns for conversion rates, CPC, and ROI using data-driven insights.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Use email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to nurture leads and retain customers.
Performance Analytics & Growth Strategies:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, CTR, impressions, conversions).
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to improve performance.
- Develop and test A/B campaigns to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to optimize digital experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing & social media management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and organic growth strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Ability to write engaging, high-converting copy for posts, ads, and emails.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to stay updated on digital trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
