Salary Budget Range: 250,000 - 500,000 Net Monthly



Job Overview: 



Our client, a multinational company who majors in manufacturing, engineering and oil & gas services is looking to hire an experienced General Office Manager to join the company.



Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall office management, supplies, logistics, maintenance etc. And the preferred candidate must be very vast and hardworking.



Key responsibilities:




  • ​Vehicle Pool Management, 

  • Facility Control/Management

  • Control of Janitors

  • Inventory Management,

  • Food Vendor Management



Key Requirements:




  • HND/BSc. Qualifications in Management, Sciences and other related courses

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Office Management preferably within the Engineering, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas Sector.

  • Excellent general management, supervisory, monitoring, problem solving, procurement, logistics and human management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be very proactive and spontaneous
