We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Support the preparation of financial statements and audit processes.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory deductions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in an accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
