Responsiblities




  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity to meet the organization’s operational needs.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.

  • Assist in managing the organization’s debt portfolio, including tracking debt maturities and interest payments.

  • Support the evaluation and execution of funding opportunities.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve treasury processes and procedures.

  • Implement best practices in treasury management and financial analysis.

  • Stay informed about advancements in treasury management technologies and tools.

  • Identify and assess financial risks related to cash management, investments, and funding.

  • Assist in implementing internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

  • Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports to support treasury activities.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and the board of directors.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
