Client Support & Communication:




  • Respond promptly to client inquiries viacalls, emails, and social media.

  • Handle concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.

  • Provide accurate information about the our services, media campaigns, and PR processes.



Relationship Management:




  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, media personnel, and partners.

  • Assist in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and support.



Media & Public Relations Support:




  • Coordinate communications between clients and teams.

  • Assist in scheduling client interviews, press releases, and media events.

  • Manage media inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.



Record-Keeping & Reporting:




  • Maintain accurate records ofcalls, emails, and client interactions.

  • Track client concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management.

  • Generate reports on client satisfaction, common concerns, and service improvements.



Crisis Management Support:




  • Assist in handling client or media-related crises professionally.

  • Provide timely updates to customers during crisis situations.

  • Follow the our crisis communication guidelines.



Administrative & Miscellaneous Duties:




  • Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
