Job Summary
Responsibilities
Technical Support:
Develops technical knowledge, shadowing more senior team members on technical support escalations
Process Support/Optimization
Learns and follows business and/or technical processes within the Data Center; may start to identify opportunities for improvement for basic or narrowly focused processes (e.g., order fulfillment process, basic incident management definition or clarification such as awareness of color coding or timing, identifying and redlining the differences between processes)
Systems Support:
Develops knowledge of and learns business systems (e.g., Siebel fulfillment, Remedy) within Equinix
Data Support/Analysis:
Performs data management support to the team, such as analyzing data (in reporting), looking for patterns, and tracks resolutions
Documentation:
Reviews documentation (can be technical & non-technical) and sends notifications; documents own work processes
Training:
UAT:
Handles logistics for User Acceptance Testing
Project Management:
Works on assigned project activities
