  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, taking notes and making travel plans.

  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necassary

  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks

  • Sorting and distributing mails

  • Scheduling appointments.


Requirements



  • OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience.

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field

  • Consistent, professional dress and manner

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

  • Competency in Ms word and Excel.


Remuneration

N50,000 Monthly.
