- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, taking notes and making travel plans.
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necassary
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Sorting and distributing mails
- Scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Competency in Ms word and Excel.
Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.
