Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to support our blockchain technology and asset management businesses. 


• The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in business development across these two areas, with the ability to analyze projects, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. 


• This role combines analytical expertise with business development acumen to help achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the daily management of assigned portfolios.


• Onboard new issuers to the company-supported Digital Exchange.


• Collaborate with the team to enhance the company portfolio.


• Assist in developing and executing the annual Capital Plan and budget for each asset in the Real Estate Portfolio, focusing on increasing portfolio value.

Business Development and Sourcing:

• Identify opportunities in blockchain technology and asset management sectors to drive growth and expand market presence.


• Proactively seek new investment opportunities and assess inbound leads by engaging with prospective clients.

Deal Diligence:

• Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, product assessments, competitive analysis, metrics evaluation, and technical diligence.


• Draft, implement, and maintain financial models and frameworks to guide investment decisions.

Project Support:

• Analyze deals and structure transactions.


• Maintain a strong knowledge of blockchain initiatives and asset management projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and challenges in blockchain and asset management.


• Prepare, analyze, and validate detailed financial forecasts and feasibility studies for co-investment projects and new investment funds.

Training:

  Manage blockchain-related training programs.

  
  

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technology teams, investors, and clients, to ensure successful project outcomes.


• Develop and maintain relationships with Alternative Asset Fund Managers and Real Estate stakeholders.

Risk Assessment:

• 
  

  Assess risks associated with blockchain and asset management projects, providing recommendations for mitigation.

  
  

Regulatory Compliance:

• 
  

  Ensure all blockchain and asset management initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with a focus on blockchain technology and asset management.


• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and asset management principles.


• Proven experience managing projects in both blockchain and asset management sectors.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.


• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.


• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in blockchain and asset management industries.
