Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements

• A Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.


• Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues (hardware, software, and networking).


• Experience with website administration (WordPress or similar platforms).


• Ability to train and support non-technical users in digital tools.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
